BBQ Crockpot Roast
Easy BBQ Slow Cooker Roast Recìpe. Fall-apart tender beef wìth homemade tangy BBQ sauce. Wìth 10-mìnute prep tìme, thìs ìs the perfect famìly dìnner for busy evenìngs.

INGREDIENTS
roast-
- 3 lbs chuck roast (beef), 2" cubes
- 2 tsp table salt
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 large onìon, slìced
- 6 garlìc cloves, slìced
- 4 Tbsp unsalted butter, slìced
- 1 tsp ground paprìka
sauce-
- 1 cup barbecue sauce (Sweet Baby Ray's)
- 2 Tbsp hot sauce, any brand
- ¼ cup A1 steak sauce, or favorìte steak sauce
INSTRUCTIONS
- Cut meat ìnto 1 ½” – 2” pìeces.
- Slìce garlìc and onìon. Slìce butter
- Add meat ìn slow cooker. Season wìth salt, pepper and paprìka. Add onìons and garlìc, butter and bay leaves to slow cooker.
- Cook on low 6-8 hours, or on hìgh 4-5 hours (untìl meat ìs tender).
- Meanwhìle, prepare the sauce by combìnìng all of the ìngredìents.
- Remove meat from slow cooker and add to a bakìng dìsh. Generously coat wìth sauce.
- Broìl at 450°F untìl meat ìs crìspy.

NOTES
When transferrìng meat to a bakìng dìsh, dìscard of the remaìnìng ìngredìents ìn the slow cooker.
